-Confirmation of reservation will be sent after 100% payment has been received to the designated bank acccount (BCA, Cabang Renon No Rek: 772-509-6895 a/n Nyoman Jendrya). Please indicate the Reservation code in transfer detail.-Remaining balance amount should be fully paid upon check-in.
-Please present either an electronic or paper copy of your hotel voucher and photo ID upon check-in
-This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given
-You will be responsible for any additional services used during your stay (laundry, spa, etc.).
